It is also on a 5 or 10 minute walk to the nearest shops, including a small supermarket, a boulangerie, a newsagent, bank and the twice weekly market with the most delicious fruit, vegetables, cheeses and other goods from France and nearby Italy.

There is an abundance of things to do…music festivals (jazz and other one), sports things, cycling, great for exercising…Ephrussi de Rothschild, walk around Cap Ferrat, climb the rocks and throw stones in to the sea at La Darse beach, or snorkel in the bay, 15 mins by bus in to Nice old town, or take the bus all the way to the beautiful town of Menton. See the glitz and glamour of Monaco, or cycle through the hills behind up to the breathtaking views from Eze. You can also take the train in to Italy, shopping at the best Italian markets…explore the 14th century old town, visit the town's fortress, you might even see a flm star as the town and surrounding area have featured in many famous films from the 1950s onwards.
